email for info (please include guitar-name info in subject-line)

      SALES INFO AND POLICIES:

      • OWNERSHIP Most guitars are being sold from the personal collection of Rob Wesley. Some have been used in various recordings, and/or may have some modest historic or sentimental role. I am selling personally-owned guitars. I am NOT a guitar store, retail store, mailorder outlet, vintage guitar dealer or any other sort of business. This is, in essence, a personal collection webpage!
      • DESCRIPTIONS All items are described as best as possible to my abilities, and with photos. I must therefore consider them sold as-is.
      • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS once you have submitted payment. In the rare event where IF I FIND THAT I HAVE MADE A SERIOUS ERROR and IF I choose to allow a return, it will be for a refund of the guitar/item amount ONLY, after the Buyer ships the guitar at their own expense and I receive and inspect it. The item must be in the same and unmodified condition in which I shipped it. I can ONLY DESCRIBE WHAT I KNOW, and as stated elsewhere, I'm no expert. ANY RETURNS WILL BE AT MY OWN DECISION. BUY ACCORDINGLY
      • CASES Guitars DO NOT include case or gigbag unless noted in the description for that guitar's listing (despite any which might be shown in photos).
      • STRINGS are as-found on the guitar at present. They may be new, nearly-new or rather vintage and in need of changing. Just to make that clear and avoid misunderstanding!
      • SHIPPING I try to keep your costs to a minimum. I will not gouge you by adding shipping costs, handling or packing fees, unless a particular item requires special packaging, or if I run out of packing materials which were used to ship guitars to me, and I have to buy some. MOST of the guitars I've sold have been shipped without a case. I have NEVER had a guitar damaged in shipping. I have shipped guitars to most parts of the USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Scandinavia, former Russian states, Australia and Asia.
      • SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS In the unlikely event that a guitar or item is damaged in shipment, you must notify me within 24 hours of delivery by shipper. You will need to 1) save the shipping box and all materials, 2) take photos of any damaged area(s) of the shipping box, 3) take photos of the damage on the guitar, case or other relevant parts. Despite any insurance coverage, most shippers are difficult or impossible to deal with in actually getting damage payment out of them. I've experienced this with a number of guitars which were shipped to me and damaged by the shipper.
      • PAYMENT

with using one of two options:

        • Their regular "Send Money" option, and add 3% surcharge on the final total of guitar+shipping (4% outside the US).
        • PayPal eCheck, it's cheaper for you and like an electronic check but it takes 3-7 days to clear.
OR, pay by mailing a Postal Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check

FULL PAYMENT in $ U.S. DOLLARS ONLY !

      • I/We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone, for any unstated reason, if we deem it necessary.
      • All sales are construed to be under the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA.
      • PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO BUY! THANKS!
